# Track an order

> Look up any Treebute order by its order number — no sign-in required.

## How to track

1. Open https://etreebute.com/track-order.
2. Enter the order number from your confirmation page or confirmation email. It looks like `TRB-20260101-AB12CD`.
3. Or link straight to the result: `https://etreebute.com/track-order?order=TRB-20260101-AB12CD`.

## What you will see

- Order status: pending, paid, fulfilled, cancelled or refunded.
- The total, the payment method, and whether the transfer has been confirmed.
- Once planted: the tree's tracking code, planting photos and its GPS location.

## Order stuck on pending?

Orders stay pending until we verify the payment transfer. Send the receipt screenshot to +92 309 9091002 on WhatsApp quoting the order number, or email hello@etreebute.com.
